Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing times (before shipping)
Our bundles are curated to order.
Standard processing: 5–10 business days
During peak/holiday periods: 10–14 business days
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Shipping methods & estimates
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. You’ll see available options and rates at checkout. Typical transit times after your order ships:
Ground Advantage: 5 – 8 business days
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates & free shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of $8.99 during checkout.
Free shipping on orders over $90 within the continental U.S. (after discounts, before tax).
Order confirmation & tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping email with tracking once your bundle leaves our studio. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
Address issues & changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Need a change? Email hello@thebundleapothecary.com within 24 hours of placing the order and we’ll try to update it before fulfillment.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.
Missing, delayed, or marked “delivered”
If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it:
1. Check with household members and neighbors.
2. Verify your shipping address on the order confirmation.
3. Contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) with your tracking number.
Then email hello@thebundleapothecary.com we’ll help file a claim and work to remedy the situation.
Damaged items in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@thebundleapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, label, and damaged items. We’ll try our best to make it right. Typically via replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on availability.
Split shipments
Most bundles ship in one box. If an item requires separate packaging, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Gifts & notes
Gift notes entered on the product or cart page will be printed and included. Prices are not shown on packing slips.
