Refund & Returns Policy (Bundles Only)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your bundle to request a return.

To be eligible, the entire bundle must be returned unused, in the same condition you received it, with all items included, tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept partial returns of individual items from a bundle.

How to start a return

Email hello@thebundleapothecary.com  to request a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package and, if you prefer, a prepaid label (see “Return shipping” below). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, issues, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at hello@thebundleapothecary.com  if your bundle is defective, damaged, missing items, or you received the wrong item. Include your order # and clear photos of the package and affected items.
We’ll make it right—by replacing the affected item(s), reshipping the bundle, sending missing pieces, or issuing a refund/store credit—and we’ll cover any related shipping for approved damage/our error claims.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Personalized gift messages (service) are non-returnable.

We do not designate “final sale” items in our shop; sale items are eligible for return under the same terms as above.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the bundle you have; once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new bundle. For defective items within a bundle, we will replace the defective item.

Return shipping & fees

For preference changes/buyer’s remorse, customer provides return shipping. If you’d like a prepaid label, we can provide one and deduct the label cost from your refund/store credit.

A 2% restocking fee applies to approved returns (waived for damage/our error).

For damage/defect/our error, we cover return or replacement shipping.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method (or issue store credit when applicable) within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
